• A short pre-meeting communication to discuss what you’d like to gain and to help me understand how best I can support you.

• Step-by-step coaching during the call to ensure you leave with clarity, confidence, and practical strategies to continue working smarter on your own.

• If you’re not sure what you need but you have a hunch AI could help, that’s fine too — we’ll figure it out together in the pre-meeting call.
